Please be 100 percent sure of your appointment time when you make an appointment, especially for same day appointments.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Last minute cancellations will be charged the full amount if the appointment is not filled.

Also, please be on time or no more than 5 mintues early, (if you are always prompt, I am sorry that you have to read this, it does not apply to you so please just skip it). I can only give the amount of the appointment is set for and I would like to give my clients the full amount of time.
